What is Included: Dusting all reachable surfaces, precision glass and interior window detailing, vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing kitchen countertops, and complete bathroom upkeep.

Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Terms & Priority Scheduling - Advance Reservation: All services and package deals require a minimum of 24 hours advance scheduling to guarantee complete resource allocation and specialized equipment staging. - Standard Service Hours: Scheduled executions take place within standard operating windows (Monday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–6:00 PM). - After-Hours Operations: Requests outside standard operating hours incur a flat $50 After-Hours Surcharge. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Directives - 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Cancellations or appointment modifications must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. - Fee Policy: Failure to provide a 24-hour notice results in a forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee up to 50% of the selected service or package total ($120, $140, $195, $220, $270, $399, $460, or $749). - Rescheduling: Appointments modified prior to the 24-hour cutoff will have all paid balances transferred to the new date without penalty.
