Detailed Scope of Work: 1. Baseline Care Protocol: Includes the full operational execution of the Large Residential/Deep Property Care service across all interior living zones. 2. Specialized Low-Temperature Thermal Unit Remediation: Complete interior decontamination and food-safe sanitization of cold-storage units (refrigerators and freezers), including systematic extraction, chemical treatment, and washing of all adjustable glass shelving, sliding humidity-controlled storage bins, door gaskets, and interior wall panels. 3. Specialized High-Temperature Thermal Equipment Remediation: Intensive carbon dissolution, grease degradation, and surface polishing across stove tops, cooktop burners, range hoods, and interior oven chambers--targeting baked-on residue, heating elements, internal rack assemblies, and transparent door glass. 4. Glass & Architectural Frame Detailing: Precision cleaning of interior window glass panes, structural track channels, surrounding frames, and window sills to eliminate trapped particulate matter, environmental dust, and organic buildup. Operational Directive & Booking Policy for Package Deals Booking Terms & Priority Scheduling Advance Reservation: All package deals require a minimum of 24 hours advance scheduling to guarantee complete resource allocation and specialized equipment staging. Standard Service Hours: Scheduled package executions take place within standard operating windows (Monday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–6:00 PM). After-Hours Operations: Requests outside standard operating hours incur a flat $50 After-Hours Surcharge. Cancellation & Rescheduling Directives 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Cancellations or appointment modifications must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Fee Policy: Failure to provide a 24-hour notice results in a forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee up to 50% of the selected package total ($195, $270, or $749). Rescheduling: Appointments modified prior to the 24-hour cutoff will have all paid balances transferred to the new date without penalty.
